This workshop brought me and my partner closer. We already had good communication skills, but this workshop showed us another way to become closer just through movement. And we had fun doing it!

It was a fun way to connect with my partner and do something we’re not familiar with (dancing). It also gave me a chance to reflect on our relationship and made me appreciate her more.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Not at all! This workshop isn’t about perfect steps — it’s about connection, laughter, and learning to move together. Think of it as a guided experience in tuning in, not a dance class.
-
Perfect! Many people are. We keep things light, relaxed, and pressure-free. By the end, even the most hesitant partners usually end up smiling (and moving!).
-
Comfy clothes you can move in — jeans, yoga pants, whatever feels good. No need for fancy shoes; we promise, there’s zero “Dancing with the Stars” energy here.
-
What will we actually do?
-
Beyond Words session runs about 2 hours — just long enough to make an impact, without eating up your whole day.
-
Not necessarily. Beyond Words is for couples at any stage — whether you’re solid and just want to reconnect, or feeling stuck and ready to shift old patterns.
If your relationship feels especially strained or you’re navigating a deeper rupture, individual couples therapy may be a better next step. You’re welcome to schedule a consultation call to explore whether therapy would better support your needs before attending the workshop. Reach out to fm@franciscacc.com
